Only "one" real serial number appears on the "Enter License Code" page above and it is the first one entered and it is at the bottom part of that page and not anywhere inside the "License Code" box. numbers, slants, capital letters, small letters, etc.) and not serials like 1234567 or whatever your three XXXXXXX numbers are above which I suspect you are entering wrong there. I believe they changed the Import button thing and it came along later than the earlier one I was used too so maybe that is the issue?Ä«etween the #START-FoCal-LICENSE# and the #END-FoCal-LICENSE# on my "Enter License Code" page" there are maybe 300 keyboard characters of varying types (i.e. I don't think I used the "Import" button at all. I copied & pasted the "Name" into the program from the key, and then copied & pasted everything in the key including the two # to the end # of the key into the License box, then OK. 7 for Nikon) and no issues with the three different keys I got back and all bodies work and are seen. I've entered three bodies now, two Nikons and one Canon (Canon uses a much longer serial number too, 10 digits vs. I suspect you have somehow entered the serial wrong, or the key you got was entered wrong. But as you suggest may be I am missing something which hopefully will be sorted out after I hear from Reikan. which I pasted from the Reikan LMS site (where I obtained the license by logging in supplying the camera serial numbers): "license" buttun, and I see three camera serial nos separated by a space, numbers are correct.
